What is Piczo Plus?
Piczo Plus is a new Piczo service that removes ads from your website while also giving you the opportunity to provide a custom domain name. There is an extra fee for Piczo Plus which depends on your country of residence. For pricing information, click the Upgrade button in the Services section of the Accounts page.
What is a custom domain name?
A custom domain name is a domain name that you choose to be the home of your Piczo site. For instance, today you’re domain name for your Piczo website is yourname.piczo.com. A custom domain name would simply be yourname.com. Piczo currently does not sell custom domains, but you can purchase one from a domain registrar such as GoDaddy or Register.com, and easily point it to your Piczo website.
Does Piczo Plus remove all ads from my website?
Yes, if you subscribe to Piczo Plus, your visitors will no longer see Piczo-supplied advertising on your website. You will continue to see ads elsewhere on Piczo, including when you’re editing your page, but ads will not appear on your Piczo website.
How do I upgrade to Piczo Plus?
To upgrade to Piczo Plus, simply go to the Services section of the Accounts page and click the Upgrade button. Follow the necessary upgrade steps and you’re ready to go.
How do I point my custom domain to my Piczo website?
To point a custom domain to your Piczo website, follow these steps:
You must first purchase a domain from a domain registrar such as GoDaddy or Register.com.

Login to your domain registrar.

Navigate to the Advanced DNS Management page.
4.
Setup a CNAME Record by setting the host name (alias) to “www” and set the destination (points to value) to www.piczo.com

Note that it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for these changes to take effect. If you have any questions, please contact your domain registrar as Piczo customer support is unable to help with questions about domain names.
Can I cancel my Piczo Plus account?
Yes, you can cancel your Piczo Plus account at any time. However, please note that there are no refunds for cancellations.
